Orders placed before 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday, are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM are processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Orders placed before 4:00 pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days. £4.99 on orders under £150. Free on orders over £150.
DPD Next Day Delivery (Tracked)
Orders placed before 4:00 pm Monday to Thursday are eligible for next working day delivery (Monday to Friday). £7.99 for UK mainland orders. Tracked via DPD.
Free Delivery
Free UK delivery on all wholesale orders over £150.
Weekend Orders
Orders placed after 4:00 pm on Friday or over the weekend are processed on the next working day. We do not dispatch on Saturdays or Sundays.
Wholesale Next Day Delivery
We partner with DPD Next Day Delivery to provide:
- Tracked wholesale shipments from dispatch to doorstep.
- Secure handling across eligible UK mainland postcodes.
- Next working day delivery for most eligible UK mainland addresses.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination postcode, courier service availability, and circumstances outside our control.
Free Wholesale Vape Delivery
Free UK wholesale delivery is available on orders over £150, helping businesses save on bulk orders and regular stock replenishment.
Orders under £150 incur a £4.99 Standard Delivery charge.
Customers who choose Next Day Delivery will be charged £7.99, regardless of whether their order qualifies for free Standard Delivery.
Weekend Wholesale Orders
Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend are processed on the next working day.
We are closed for shipping on Saturdays and Sundays.
Friday orders placed before 4:00 PM are dispatched the same day, subject to normal processing and stock availability.
Northern Ireland Deliveries
Deliveries to BT postcodes (Northern Ireland) are charged at £15.
- Delivery timeframe: 2–3 working days.
- Free delivery: Not available for BT postcode customers.
- Next Day Delivery may not be available for BT postcodes.
