Our Terms of Service cover access to our website and the purchase of our products. Thank you for using our services. By continuing to use them, you agree to these Terms, so please ensure you read them carefully.

Who we are

  • Vapemoor is a leading UK vape supplier, providing premium products to retailers nationwide. When we say “we”, “us,” or “our”, we’re talking about Vapemoor and the team behind it.

  • These Terms & Conditions apply to everyone who visits or uses our site, whether you’re browsing, placing an order, or getting in touch with us. If you don’t agree with the terms set out here, we ask that you refrain from using the site.

Using our site

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us, no exceptions. We take this seriously, as we're legally required to as a retailer of vaping products, so don't be surprised if we ask you to verify your age before or after you order. This might mean sharing your name, address, and date of birth with our verification provider, and occasionally a driving licence or passport number if the first check doesn't go through. If we are unable to verify your age or if the required proof of age is not provided, we reserve the right to cancel your order or refuse delivery without liability. 

  • We won't use your details for anything beyond what's needed to confirm your age, and any data involved is handled securely and kept only as long as necessary.

  • Beyond age checks, just use the site sensibly - don't try to break it, hack it, upload anything harmful, or use it for anything illegal. If you do, we'll close your access straight away.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and branding, is the property of Vapemoor or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. 

  • You may not copy, distribute, scrape, or commercially use any content without our prior written permission.

Orders and pricing

  • Prices can change without warning, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if something looks off - duplicate orders, suspected reselling, payment issues, that sort of thing. If we do cancel something, we'll try to let you know by email.

  • It's on you to make sure the details you give us (address, card info, etc.) are correct and up to date, so we can actually get your order to you.

  • Occasionally, a product description, price, or image might be wrong - we're only human. If that happens, we'll fix it, and we can cancel or amend an order if needed, even after you've placed it.

  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order before dispatch, including cases of pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or misuse of the website.

Delivery

We'll do our best to get orders to you within the timeframes shown at checkout, but these are estimates rather than promises; courier delays happen and aren't something we can fully control. Once your order's been delivered, it's yours. Risk in the goods passes to you once the order has been delivered to the provided address.

If something's unavailable

If an item you’ve ordered isn’t available, we’ll get in touch and offer you clear options:

  • A similar substitute chosen by Vapemoor, matched as closely as possible to your original choice.

  • A substitute of your own choice, where you can specify the product, strength, or colour.

  • A refund for the unavailable item, with the rest of your order sent as planned.

  • A full cancellation and refund of your order.

We’ll usually ask for your reply by the same evening the order was placed. If we don’t hear back in time, we’ll include a sensible substitute so your delivery isn’t delayed.

Returns

Unopened, unused products can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, things like opened e-liquids or used coils can't be returned unless they're faulty. If something's faulty, you're covered under UK consumer law, and we'll sort a refund or replacement. We reserve the right to refuse any return if the product is not in its original condition, if hygiene seals are broken, or if the item has been used. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after approval of the return.

Payments

  • At checkout, Vapemoor may offer a range of secure payment options, including independent third-party payment providers. If you choose to use this, you’ll be entering into a payment agreement directly with that provider, and their terms will apply alongside ours. We are not responsible for any decisions, delays, or issues caused by third-party payment providers. Any disputes regarding payment plans must be handled directly with the provider.

  • Please note that using a third‑party payment option does not affect your statutory consumer rights under UK law.

Privacy

Any personal information you provide is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this website, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy. We process personal data in accordance with applicable UK GDPR laws and may share data only with trusted third-party service providers where necessary to fulfil your order. Such as payment processors, couriers, and age verification providers, where necessary to fulfil your order.

A few legal bits

  • We can't promise the site will always work perfectly or be free of errors - it's provided as is, and you use it at your own risk. That said, nothing here affects your rights under UK consumer law, and we're not trying to dodge responsibility where the law says we can't. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business interruption, or delays caused by courier services or third parties.

  • We shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to transport delays, supplier issues, government restrictions, or technical failures.

  • If you send us feedback, reviews, or suggestions, we're free to use them - we won't pay for them, but we also won't misuse your personal details.

  • If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable for some reason, the rest still stands.

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, industrial disputes, transport disruptions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Vaping and health

The content on our site is meant to give general information about vaping and nicotine products, it isn't medical advice, and shouldn't be treated as such. If you've got health questions, speak to a doctor.
